Research outline

Nanocarbon materials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes have great advantage for ultra-high speed transistor and ultra-high sensitive biosensor due to the excellent electrical properties and electron confinement effect. I promote the research to create novel functionalities from the nanocarbon materials by manipulating their structures and to apply them to the device applications.
